Continued...Brighton Senior Center Celebrates 30 Yr. Anniversary
Committees of varying sorts have been working for the last 6 years to analyze what can be done to create a new facility. Studies have been made to understand the demographic that exists in this area that would be serviced, what type of facility would be developed, and what type of site would suit their needs best. The effort that has been put into this proposed new facility has been enormous, and it all adds up to good news for the local seniors. Once the study has been done to select a site, the next steps will be taken to understand the design and cost involved. Ultimately, the new facility will become part of Brighton's growing ability to be a welldeveloped community for all ages.
